Our Story

Blue Ridge Community Fellowship began in October 2020 when several families and friends came together sharing a passion for Jesus and a heart for worship, prayer, and outreach. Believing that God desires to see His people from all walks of life come together for authentic Christian fellowship and community—we stepped out in faith and Blue Ridge became a reality.

Prior to Blue Ridge’s first Sunday of worship, we joined together in a season of prayer and fasting to discern the heart of God for our fellowship. Collectively, we recognized that God was calling us to move forward and “take the next step.” Upon taking the next step, the LORD began to reveal the next step which was gathering together for our first Sunday of worship at Holland Plaza (10802 Clemson Blvd, Suite C, Seneca SC 29678).

God continues to move and bless this church in so many different ways since our first Sunday of worship together at Holland Plaza. He also continues to lead us as we take our next steps for growth. We have a lot of vision, oversight, opportunities, and direction as we move forward through 2024.

Blue Ridge grows in attendance just about every month. As of February 2024, BRCF has grown from a few families, to 150+ people that regularly attend on Sunday mornings, and we have staff and interns that serve faithfully. We are thankful for all the people whom the Lord directs to be part of this church family. It is actually amazing, because our storefront and sign do not show how large our facility actually is. Looking from the Holland Plaza parking lot, You would never know we have over 20,000 sq ft, and an auditorium that can seat over 300 people! There is ample space for children’s and youth ministry also.

Through God’s people living open-handed and sharing the time and resources God has entrusted to us, Blue Ridge continues to grow deeper in our love and devotion for God. We pray that God will continue to use our church family to be a blessing to the people of Clemson, Seneca, Central, as well as all the surrounding cities in Pickens and Oconee counties for many years to come!
